As buyer's agent, I can say that you really acted for our benefit and not for the benefit of the other party or yourself. Protecting our interests as buyers meant a lot to us. You knew that we were first-time home buyers and had little knowledge on the system of buying properties, but you provided us enough information to understand everything.
