You had a keen sense of the busy schedule that our family had and you worked successfully at juggling our schedules with that of prospective showings and buyers. Your great personality endeared our whole family and you made everyone feel part of the decision making and action plans.

We felt that you were part of “our team” and totally focused on our needs and desires. You were able to quickly shift gears from a successful sale offer to moving toward searching for a new home. You arranged for us to visit approximately 35+ homes with an additional 40-50 multiple listing reviews that you highlighted for us.

Your insight, guidance and recommendations on pricing strategies, strengths and weaknesses of potential homes, knowledge of neighborhoods, knowledge on quality of construction and finishings were all very valuable in our thinking.

The most proactive and appreciated factor that made the purchase of our new home such a successful outcome was the identification of a home that was not on the market but had all the amenities that we had requested (including the quality of neighborhood and street location and especially the south facing back yard that we were very keen to have).

You went down the street knocking on doors asking for interested sellers which turned up our ultimate desired home. This proactive and assertive approach was another “feather in your hat” from which we continue to benefit. Fabulous outcome!
